As a Champion of Veterans, American Legion Sponsor or Friend of the Post

We encourage corporations, local businesses and foundations to support our local veterans though the American Legion.  Donating to the American Legion Newport Harbor Post 291 is a good marketing investment.  We have been an institution in Newport Beach and Orange County since 1924.  Post 291 is the second largest in the Country and, by far, the largest in Orange County and Southern California.  As a corporate partner, you have access to our 3800 veteran members and the 6500 families which belong to the Post including the Post 291 Auxiliary, American Legion Yacht Club and Sons of the American Legion.  Whether sponsoring an event at the Post or becoming an annual partner, your organization is ensured visibility to our community as a supporter of veterans, the military and the American ideals which the American Legion promotes.

• Friend of the Post:  Sponsor any event hosted by the Post, the Auxiliary or the Sons of the American Legion or provide your employees with a matching donation to the Post and your company name will be prominently posted at the Post and on our website for that calendar year.
• American Legion Sponsor:  Support two or more events at Post 291 in one year or provide a corporate donation of any size over $1000 and we will use your logo on our website as an American Legion Sponsor.       
• Champion of Veterans:  Become a partner with Post 291 with an annual donation over $5000 for three consecutive years or support a joint funding raising effort with similar results and the Post will prominently display your corporate or business name and logo on our website and at the Post as a Champion of Veterans.
